I cant edit my runes in champ select. Page doesnt show up.

I was trying to edit my runes in champ select. I clicked the pencil button/edit button but nothing shows up except the borders and the X button. This is so annoying and I had to dodge that game and wait almost 20 mins. What a waste of time.

Tried with different rune page, same problem. This bug doesnt always happen but its still annoying when you get it because you either have to play that champ with the wrong runes and possibly feed or dodge and wait nearly 20 mins.

The gamemode I was playing is ARURF. Got Garen but my runes were sorcery and I couldnt edit it out.
