Sivir's spellsheild only blocks the displacement from Hecarim E.
you can consistently block Hecarim's displacement but the spell still does full damage.

Yeah. That's because his E isn't a spell - its Autoattack buff. So the damage comes from his AA, not an abillity - that's why its not blocked.
