I keep getting kicked out of game and can't reconnect

Hey, this has been happening for like a week or so now. whenever i get into a game, i disconnect after a few minutes and can't reconnect. when i close the client i'm unable to re-login untill at least 5 minutes of continuous trials. i reinstalled the client, reset my router, disabled firewall, but still the problem remains. i play multiple other online games with zero issues so it's most likely a fault from your part.
