Windows + mobil internet = Many bugs

So i have a acer Aspire V5-573G notebook inside: Nvidia Gforce 720M graphic card And intel core I5 1.3GHz - 2.6GHz processor. i have Windows 7 Op system and a 100Gb mobil Internet. I have 1-2 or 3 bug every game first bug: I start the game and found the game when the game is loading every one in 100% and do nothing i can wait forever stuck in loading screen no error no start do nothing if i press Alt-F4 and reconnect i can play. **2th bug : **I join the game and the game is started so i am in the game. and i cant see carracters spells or something the relog can fix this problem too. 3th bug: The caster minions dont have textures every caster minion is full blue... 4th bug: The never ending lagg... I get a lagg wave and when it's over the game does not return to normal position. lagg stuck in the high point and I do not receive an error message or " Attempting to Reconnecting " sign only is the picture and nothing happens to my character can moves and see if you take damage but does nothing cant see the spells the minions ... Relog can fix this bug too but this bug can occur at any time... Pls test it and fix it... i always started from the program as an admin. other computer with this mobil internet have this bugs too. This is very annoying. The internet connection can :2Mb/s down speed. works good others games. The bugs are so randomly happening. I made this two picture of the bugs. Ty for helping.
