Gangplank passive (ice queens claim)
Does it intentionally not proc the item and if so why? I main support and I am just trolling around using every champ as a support and I noticed it does not proc the ice queen claim gold passive.

it doesnt proc because gankplank is not brand, i dont think it procs on twitch either.
twitch passive is true damage...and i will test this but isn't GP magic damage
Twitch does not get gold from ice queens either...
