Unable to buy mystery champion shards (CLIENT)

I have been accumulating blue essence for a while with my extra IP, but for some reason now, I cant buy the mystery champion shards. It keeps saying "Not enough RP/IP and it's really annoying. Any help is welcome! :D

I'm having the same problem, are you using the new client or the old client?
