[CLIENT] Crashed on Re-Roll of Skin Permanent

I had 3 skin shards that I re-rolled into a permanent but as the animation began, the client crashed. Now I'm unsure of what I was awarded and the skin shards are gone. I've only had enough shards to roll once, so I haven't been able to replicate the issue.
