[CLIENT] - Cannot open client, but can load

This happened on the first game after the 4.21 patch

I could connect to the champion select and client, but when I opened up the loading screen or the game, at best it would give me a black screen for a few seconds and send me back to my desktop or whatever I had previously open.

At times it would also notify me of being "disconnected from server" and having to reconnect, however I could perfectly load pages on the internet.

Attempted restarting client and restarting the computer but the issue still pursued.

If I waited long enough (for the game to load?) I could hear "minions spawning in 30 seconds" and sounds that perfectly imitated the base and champion/turret kills.

This means I could load the game, but not actually open it to see it for whatever reason, as it would do something similar to closing again or "alt-tabbing" out.

Could play perfectly last night (without lag too) with my main account, but not with my smurf. No settings should be changed as they are from the same computer.

Later experienced problems connecting to server.
