Error on champion select,

I was doing ranked and tried to go quinn and she didn't show up. i spent the 30seconds looking for her and i even did it alphabetically with someone else next to me looking. she wasn't a choice and i own the champion. And now i got the leaver buster and a loss in ranked >.<
