25$ RP card can't redeem
Just bought a 25$ RP card the other day and when i try to redeem it either says connection time out or an error has occurred code incorrect. I copied exactly of the card. PLZ help me :(

Is this because of the Kalista Update or Season 5 update? PLZ FIX SOON
Go into the Purchase RP section, and click on the Prepaid Card section and enter the card's code there. The code section that's at the bottom left hand corner of the store hasn't been working since the new patch was installed.
A lot of people have had this problem, just check through the other threads trust me it's worked for other people when they've gone into the Purchase RP section, and enter your code into the Prepaid Card area.
