Can't transform on Kayn

As the title stats, in a game and I can't transform to either Darkin or Shadow, very upsetting, lost the game because of this, Riot can you please fix this bug? From other posts it's been going on for over a year. Get your act together please Riot I love this champion. Can you please verify when this bug is Fixed please? As I won't be playing Kayn until it is verified. Thanks!

Well it hasn't been a persistent bug for a year because I transformed a few times last patch or the patch prior. Unless this is just an EUW thing. Do you have more information on what's going on? Like are you getting passive stacks and then the option isn't available?
