[NA] Transfer Issues

I dont actually know whats going on, it says there's no longer an issue with transferring your account so i grabbed some RP to change from NA to EUW. i've tried to do it twice, changing my name and everything, its just not putting me in EUW. Help please =([slayer-jinx-unamused]
