Emotes and Match History Bug

First problem is that everytime I clicked my "Match History" tab, it says that "We couldn't connect to the match history service. This might be a result of unplanned downtime. Wait a few moments and try again." And it hasn't change until now. Second is that I realize that all my emotes were gone when I am trying to show them in-game. After clicking on the emote page, it says that "Sorry! We are unable to access your emote loadout. Please try again, or contact player support if the problem persists. Error code: EM05." And also until now on I am not able to access my emotes. Please anyone help me out on how to fix both issues.
