Why am I not receiving lunar revel tokens 2019

So the Lunar revel 2019 tokens disappear from the inventory on March 18 at 11:59pm pt but it doesn't say when the lunar token ''collecting time'' ends, and so I back when the event launched I thought the event and everything that had to do with it would end all at the same time (March 18 11h59pm pt) so I was chillin with the grind until recently.

Now I assume it (collecting time) probably ended a couple days ago and you can still buy things until the tokens disappear from your inventory (March 18 11h59pm pt). I'm honestly tilted cuz it wasn't written or announced anywhere from what I saw, so I waiting till now to grind I'm at 692 I would've probably been around 750 by now, and well I'm getting nothing.I really wish Riot would stick information in one place or in a sort of ''welcome'' pop-up page when you open league (like they do with pre-season patches)

So I guess what I'm trying to ask is: I guess its over and can't get any more so I gotta cash them in before March 18? if That's the case that's hella tilting that it wasn't indicated anywhere, and if its just bugged and still going on for people is there a solution? Cuz restarting client definitely doesn't work
