Refund RP??

Alright so today, I was going to Mystery Skin myself with my smurf, problem is I didn't realize (After entering my RP) that I had to be level 15 to Gift other people RP related. So, I started to go into queue but I've been in queue for like 10 minutes, can I refund my RP?? I used a Subway Gift Card.
