"You Cannot Create A Game Because You Are Already In A Game"

This morning i started a practice tool game in order to warm up a bit, i select my champion and lock in, i wait for the game to start but it takes a long time. About 5 minutes in, i decide to close the client because it didn't seem normal, i reopen it and everything is back to normal i try to start another practice tool game and all of a sudden that message pops up, i've retried this multiple times and still didn't work out for me it has been quite a few minutes from now so it should've been fixed by now but it hasn't unfortunately, i really need a review about this issue.
