I was playing a thresh game and hooked baron to jump over the wall after a teamfight. As i reactivated my Q, baron's knockup hit me and I flew offscreen for about 10 seconds. Crazy.

For any Rioter looking at this bug here, I was the Malphite jungler in the video. What happened was that my Smite was at 950dmg, and I used my Unstoppable Force and Smite when Baron had 900 HP, but Thresh was credited with the Baron kill. IDK what really happened with this glitch, but somehow it ensured that Thresh's damage was the absolutely last bit that Baron would take. Maybe this tidbit of info will help with diagnosing the coding here.

Back in season 1-2 i had this happen 3 times on 3 different champs.
Once on Cho's Rupture, Once from Janna's Tornado, and once from a Blitz Punch.
Fun times.
