game freezes my key bored getting constant low priority because of it

whenever I play league of legends it freezes my keyboard then I always have to reboot my comp because of it as it freezes my keyboard in the game constantly giving me low priority it's not fair its just league of legends that's it everywhere else like surfing the nets fine its just this i now have low priorty yet again
