Camera Bug! [GAMEPLAY]

Bug Problems: Camera is sort of locked in place, I am unable to edge scroll so the only way to play is to lock it on my character Unable to ping Single clicking doesn't work, I have to double click to upgrade spells or buy items I haven't heard of anyone else having this bug, but it first started with the most recent patch. I have tried reinstalling and changing my settings and nothing seems to fix it. However, a couple of times I was halfway through an ARAM when it randomly fixed itself and I was able to play normally. I can provide more information if necessary.
