Ok, so I'm going to start by saying that I'm not entirely sure this is a bug, but it was very annoying in the last game I played. If Blitzcrank shoots out a hook and Kalista Ults him imminently, he can shoot out and drag the target with him. I'm not sure if the same incident occurs with other Champions that have hooks.
Pretty sure Riot is aware of this since it has been done in the LCS a few weeks ago. Not getting patchd since it costs an ultimate to pull it off. (without saying that kalista has to ult before the grab actually landed.)
This is an old cheese strategy. It was done before by Blitz grabbing Thresh lantern right after he throws the hook. It's really obvious when they are going to try it, because the Kalista (or Thresh, if they're doing that) goes way back by the turret and the Blitz greatly overextends. Kalista has to ult quickly so it's easy for them to anticipate and use it even if you aren't grabbed, so just dodge the hook or waste their time by pulling back too far.
If Leona is qing to the enemy kalista and Vi is ulting an enemy kalista and kalista ults her support as fiora ults them and yi qs them, and blitz hooks the kalista as he takes the thresh lantern, and if thresh is hooked onto an ulting enemy sion who is being shen ulted, and thresh follows the hook everyone in the game can go for a romp halfway across the map.
Its a feature not a bug.
