Backwards, in Client, Patching?!

The LoL Launcher works fine, i am able to access the Client and log in. However when the patch starts, the one that updates your icons and stuff, the % gets up to 80%, and then begins going backwards, down to 70%-60% and so on. Is there any way that i could make this stop? I have been trying to find a way for over 5 hours now. Please send help!!

Edit: its finally fkn going up, i had to wait almost an hour for it go from 80% to 40% and back up to 90% currently...

Edit#2: it just jumped from 90% to 83% and back up to 91% and back down to 67%..... honest to god Riot i need answers

Edit#3: it fkn works, 5 and a half hours later... (i still want answers riot, what would cause this?)
