suport won't allow to log in

i keep getting targeted by a small community of players. already submitted them through client. they have even gone as far as to spam : "i know people in the tribunal,report this player no matter what they don't deserve it, they're blacklisted(whatever that means)" which is how come my account went from silver to whatever it's in now. Anywho, go to support to submit evidence vis-a-vis video etc. etc. it only loops. won't allow any type of support.
