Ecssisive lagg

In the past few updates, five or so, there has been more lagg time as to say in following the frame per seconds drastically fluctuate at no more than 20 n/a to frames 02-00.. their has been constant usage with the HTR tool. to address further connection and re-connection issues. (ping)
