Varus Q not working

I was playing ARAM as varus, Poppy ulted me and killed then after I respawned my Q would no longer work. I'm not sure if Poppy had anything to do with this or it was just a coincidence. I proceded to bind a different key to my Q but that still didnt work, I could still not use by Q which made me a pretty useless Varus.
