Minus Money Bug

Well recently I bought with the right amount of money of course (I had 1375ip) and unfortunately I got a minus 1325 and Its in the link above for evidence and I've tried to get rid of it by closing LOL and opening it and by changing from shop to homepage and I think I have to re-earn it I'm not so sure. If you can fix/Help me please do! thanks
