[CLIENT] Clicking summoners spells rapidly froze champ select screen completely.

While waiting in champ select I clicked on my f summoner slot rapidly(kind of a habit) and the menu visually bugged out. After that there was no response from any of the buttons in champ select including the hover animations, save the summoner spell buttons.
