Flickering lights

When playing Summoners Rift of any sort the lights on the map flicker and even glitch out to the point parts of the map on screen while just flicker as well. Hard to really describe but at the starting point on the top side the crystal that hovers has a yellow light that flicks over the crystal as well as all the fire in the fire places and even champion attacks like anything with electricity the whole floor would have that design. Another example is Vladamir's blood pool move red will flicker and the map will vanish and I just see blinking red pool.
