Bugsplat every fucking second

typing in username, bugsplat open client, bugsplat go to champ select, bugsplat game starts, can't connect reconnect, bugsplat bugsplat in the middle of the game and have to reconnect game is literally 2 seconds from ending, bugsplat, leave, low priority, no xp

i am so fucking livid right now. i just got a brand new fucking computer and there is in no way anything wrong with it or my connection. somebody fucking explain this to me.
