[CLIENT] not able to swap champs in lobby on aram

In aram lobby i couldnt swap champs with other players, and not cuz i didnt have their champs, but i didn even had the button to do it. I know that buttson can be disabled but there wasnt even one swap button in my client window. Maybe the bug is connected to too early request to swap champs, my friend send me an offer to do so when i didnt even had lobby screen. He had this option and i didnt.
