Ping/Frame issues daily since recent update.

As stated in title and by others posting with the same issue. Ever since patch, I'm getting heavy ping spikes. 20-30 being my normal, then as soon and I interact with an ally, enemy,environment, etc, I get ping spikes anywhere between 200-500; plus frame loss. I've logged in to try at least 1 or 2 games a day since update, and not a SINGLE one has been playable. Super lame. At least say something to let us know it has been acknowledged that there is an issue.

I usually have 230fps in game and since preseason patch now it drops to 0 every 20-30 sec. Cost me my ranked progress and proves to be impossible to play in high elo, which i find very frustrating. Pls upvote if you have similar issues, from what I know for some people it is slightly less impactful but still remains very common.
