[GAMEPLAY] Nomad's Nedallion's quest causes a visual bug

When you complete the quest, the spell level up thing still shows up if you are level 18. It's not a big deal but the visual is quite disturbing. I'm also not sure if it's a bug or not, but it feels like a bug.
