Automatic Dodge, lose LP + 5min wait

I currently have a 20 min low priority queue, and after waiting those long 20 minutes, I got in to a champ select

I check my notifications (since I was tabbed out the whole time) and I see someone on my friends list invited me to game, and it was still not expired. I accidentally pressed the ok button, and made me dodge. (another 20 min wait plus 5 min wait)

tl:dr I got in champselect, saw friend invite to game, accidentally clicked accept, made me dodge
