Dark Harvest Bug
In the description of Dark Harvest it says it increases its damage by 8 and it should be by 5. Small bug but quite infuriating for me at least

Its not a bug, it's a result of a hotfix. They can't hotfix tooltips because those require patches. But they can hotfix balance changes like runes or in-game abilities and such, anything that requires numbers tuning for immediate balance.
