Promotional Series bug [CLIENT]

Hi riot, had an issue where i was in my promotional series from bronze 1 to silver 5, and i was 3 games in (2 wins 1 loss). I lost my fourth game, but when i returned to my profile after the game, my promotional series had been reset. I'm not really sure what happened, but ive played since the reset and i now have 2 losses. I don't really know how you guys can solve this, but if it were possible to reset my promo series back to where it was orginally i would really appreciate that. Thank you for your time.
