I was opening a hex tech case with a friend while I was in queue for a game. I crafted the key and opened the case and while it was opening the queue popped and I accepted. After the game I checked to see if I received anything or lost it as I was curious. I then noticed that my key was gone along with the chest and I did not receive anything at all from the hex tech chest.
Seems to be very buggy as i'm reading an noticing tbh.
Well, I mean, why were you messing with that stuff during queue? No offense, but it's almost like you went looking for a bug.
I was curious to find out as it is something that people should be aware of. When I started to open it I expected it to glitch out and I just wanted to let other people know.
A friend of mine just had the exact same thing happen to him. He opened a chest and then the client crashed. After restarting, no chest, no key, and no loot.
same thing happened to me, i was in queue and just forged a key to open chest but when i opened it the client froze for bit and no animations came up. i restarted client but still had nothing :/
