Why doesnt snowdown gnar and syndra give out free mystery skins when they are purchase if they are legendary skins? I thought that was the purpose of the event. Because I was gifted them and i didnt recieve a free skin.

no sir. Legendary is the 1820rp tier of skins. Legacy are skins that are out for a limited time before riot puts them in the vault. You can have a Legendary Legacy skin though.
