Problems with Shiv and Master Yi

when i bought the item it worked but there came a point in the game that the proc stopped working in the pre-season Patch 5.22

Edit : i played again using master yi and bought statikk shiv and it is reproducible, i dont know what causes it , butI think that it is a problem with the alpha strike
