Please reconnect when im not in a game i just finished one

it asks me to reconnect when im not in a game i just finished one same thing with my buddy we both finished a game but we cant click reconnect nothing happens how do we fix this issue. i restarted my computer and opened another league of legends and still have the problem i click on reconnectg and nothing happens how do u fix plz help.
