[GAMEPLAY] Can't move item slots.

Just like the the title says, I can't move any of my items on my item slot and it's costed me a game already. Whenever I try and click and drag items into another slot it doesn't work for me. It's happened three games in a row for me, and to replicate it for me I just get in game and all the sudden I can't move my items. Frequency is all the games I've played so far today, which is the three rank games. This is only on the old HUD , but it doesn't do the same on the new HUD.

Also having this issue in Summoners Rift. I was able to move items normally in the new ARAM game mode.

Also having this problem, about to play another ranked game and see if it happens again. This really bothers me because I always put certain items with actives in certain slots.
