Anivia Q-move

When i press Anivia's Q out of it range, Anivia start move at this direction. I know some champions have this "feature", but Anivia's Q never was like that. For example lux,morgana,blitz and other champions Q didnt have this effect. And u rework Kassadin aoe(or want to?)

Why its bug? Couse it not count(feels like) Q detonate radius, witch gives her ability extra range. So if before this "rework" i coud stun ppl out of base Q range, now my bird start MOVE.
