Ranked Twisted Treeline bugs after every game

Each time my team plays a ranked 3v3 game, we must shut down the client and re-open it in order to queue up another match. If we don't restart, the client won't let us invite any teammates. It shows no teammates online. Then, when you close the invite box, it shows all teammates in the game you're creating. But the client won't let us begin the queue because no one is actually in the game lobby.
