Unable to perform any abilties

So this was what happen in my game. I was playing Rek'Sai.

Right at the moment when Baron died, he casted a knockup(that happened right after he died). I got knocked up trying to enter my tunnel that I made earlier. After that I could not use any of my abilities, I could not even enter my tunnels. I restarted my client a couple of time, reset my setting on my hotkey page. Nothing works even my items. I was able to cast my summoner abilities ONLY. When I respawned, everything started working again.

How do I fix this in the future? Because when that happened, I lost that tournament game. Even the organizers werent able to help me at that point.
