Champions Select and Accept/Decline Screen Bug

Hello,

I have been trying to play ranked today and this incident has occurred to me twice and it's a little frustrating. I would play a ranked game and get out of it just fine, then go into a queue for another. Once the queue popped and I would accept it, the screen never leaves. It forces me to dodge and lose lp. I thought it was just a connection issue, so I tried again. I got into another game after re-logging twice. Once the game was completed, I re-queued again and it happened to me again, thus forcing a 30-minute queue timer and even more lp loss than necessary. I believe it is at least 13 total, but now I can't play the game until the dodge timer at least resets. I don't know why this is happening.
