My champion select is broken. Help me pls!!!

In champion select, when im trying to take a champion, i cant take the champion. When i try to take new spells on, it just loads forever, when the counter turns 0, my teammates are still loading for me and i have to close my League of Legends from my Joblist. Pls, help me
