Can't get on League or even access it at all.

So, about 3 or 4 days ago, I tried to get on League, and it took a while at the logo screen but eventually sent me a RADS Error. I tried a couple more times, and I kept getting RADS Errors. The RADS Errors also kept coming up faster and faster. I can't even get to the patcher to do a repair. I just get the RADS Error before the patcher even comes up. Then, when I went to the League download page to try to re-download, simply clicking the link only brought me to a blank page and did nothing. Then, when I right-clicked and clicked "Save link as...", it showed the file in the Chrome browser and said "Failed - No file".
I've tried looking for other boards for help, and I've tried everything they've suggested which had me deleting stuff like the "lol_air_client" and other folders. I was even able to get a friend to send me a copy of the installer, since I couldn't download it myself, so I uninstalled League then re-installed it using the new installer. I still got another RADS Error.
I've also found that even the LoL PBE is getting a RADS Error when I try to run it.

Please help me with this.
