Client Crash issues

Ever since the last patch my client crashes all the time, I've lost atleast 30 lp from "Dodging" and now have a 30min penalty before I can reque, Is there some sort of fix in the process for this because it is very irritating and days that I work having a 30min time before I can que up really cuts back on my playtime
