not enough Ip Bug [Client/store]

iv been grinding out for time to get ip to buy yasou but now I cant buy him even when I have more than enough IP to buy him, I relogged like 10 times and waited a day to see if this bug would go away and it does not so I have no idea what to do I even played a game to see if that would help reset the store and it did nothing, it would be great if you could help me figure this out and there isn't any steps to do this I have no idea how this happened
