[Missing In-Game Skin] Northern Front Swain doesn't show in ranked games

The title pretty much says it all. This afternoon I played a ranked game as Swain top and I chose the skin called "Northern Front Swain". I'm 100% sure I've selected it. In that game I was only Swain with the classic skin. Is it a well-known bug?

UPDATE: I've tried several times right now to load the skin in a custom game. It doesn't load. I've bought the skin this afternoon.

Steps: 1.Created a custom game. 2.Selected Swain. 3.Selected the Northern Front skin.

It still doesn't load in-game.

I have exactly the same issue, everytime i choose Northern front Swain skin, the game just loads with the default skin and splashart.
