Katarina ability bug

I was fighting Zed with Katarina and then out of no where I couldn't use Q, R, nor could I recall leaving me with just W, and E to play with and I had to run all the way back to base if I needed to go back. People usually exit then reconnect or completely exit and sign in to fix the problem but the issue stayed till the end of the match.
