New Client Completely Broken

Ever since Beta, the new client was very buggy for me. I had to use the legacy client if I wanted to play, but now since that has been removed I have not been able to.

The client either freezes when I try and create a game, or I get stuck in Queue with it never popping. When it does for everyone else, I get stuck and cannot leave Q, it just freezes.

I got through queue once in the last few months and it wouldn't let me ban.

I have re-installed, repaired, enabled league through the firewall, port forwarded, everything I can think of.
